Some users have trouble using the Deye Cloud app, if this is the case, try using the method below.
Instructions of Networking Configuration for Data Logger (WiFi) You can find your Logger ID & PW under your inverter as pictured below
1. Open a wireless network Select logger network (network name: AP+SN) and connect.
3. Open a browser and enter 10.10.100.254. Both username and password are admin. (Recommended browser: IE 8+, Chrome 15+, Firefox 10+.)
4. Go to logger setup page. The basic information is listed here.
5. Select Wizard, click Refresh to search the wireless network. Select the target network (Your home WIFI) and
connect. (Make sure they are connected to 2.4ghz not 5g)
6. Enter the password and click Next.
7. Users can select any options below to enhance the security and click Next.
8. If the setup is successful, the following page will pop up and click OK to reboot the module.
9. Log in to 10.10.100.254 again and check system info here. After the network setting is done, Click on device information and wireless network STA mode should read Enable. Meaning the inverter is connected to the internet/ WIFI if not you may need to repeat the steps
10. If you've provided us your email for the Deye cloud prior install, then you should be able to now see your system. If you haven't, you'll need to provide this to allow you access
