Download the iSolarCloud app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
Step 2: Connect to the Inverter’s Wi-Fi
On your phone, go to Wi-Fi settings.
Look for a network that starts with "SG-" (e.g., SG-xxxxxxxx).
Connect to it. If asked for a password, try 12345678 (or check the label on the inverter).
Step 3: Set Up Wi-Fi Connection via the App
Open the iSolarCloud app.
Log in or create a new account if you don’t have one yet.
Tap Device Configuration > Add Device > WLAN Settings.
Choose your home Wi-Fi network from the list and enter your Wi-Fi password.
Step 4: Complete the Setup
After connecting, the inverter will automatically link to your Wi-Fi.
You should see your system online through the iSolarCloud app within a few minutes.
A few reminders:
Make sure your Wi-Fi router is close enough to the inverter for a strong signal.
Sungrow inverters usually connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks only (not 5GHz).
If you run into any issues, try rebooting your inverter and router.
If the Dongle has no Button use the Attached file instead for the step by step process
