Unable to Establish Internet Connection with Victron

Let’s try restarting both your Wi-Fi router and the SkyBox to refresh the connection.

🔁 Restart the Wi-Fi Router

  1. Turn off the router by:

     • Unplugging it from the power outlet, or

     • Pressing the power button (if it has one).

  2. Wait 30 seconds.

  3. Turn it back on and wait about 1–2 minutes for it to fully reboot and re-establish internet.

🔁 Restart the Skybox

To reboot the Cerbo GX using the touchscreen:


1. Tap the Menu button on the bottom right then Settings.


2. Navigate to General.



3. Look for "Reboot?".


4. Tap "Reboot?" and confirm the action when prompted.

5. Wait for the system to power cycle and reconnect to the network.
