Let’s try restarting both your Wi-Fi router and the SkyBox to refresh the connection.
🔁 Restart the Wi-Fi Router
Turn off the router by:
• Unplugging it from the power outlet, or
• Pressing the power button (if it has one).
Wait 30 seconds.
Turn it back on and wait about 1–2 minutes for it to fully reboot and re-establish internet.
