How to monitor your SkyBox

The SkyBox uses the Deye Cloud app for monitoring. Follow these steps if you don't have access. To use the app for the SkyBox, you will need to complete the following steps.
  1. Download the Deye Cloud app - APPLE or ANDROID
  2. Create an account in the app
  3. Connect the SkyBox to WiFi - https://support.skyenergy.com.au/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-connect-a-deye-skybox-to-wifi
  4. Let us know once the above 3 points are done, and we can link your SkyBox to your Deye Cloud account - email support@skynergy.com.au with the email you used to sign up.
